As we’re trying to meet more of our community and also bring them together between events, we’re planning a volunteer meet & green on Saturday Nov 7. Join us at 11 at Steeplejack Broadway, where you’ll feel like a piece of Hogwarts just dropped into Portland. We’ll be chatting about our upcoming events, how you can get involved, and we’ll even have some crafts available.
If you’ve been wondering what exactly we do, or you’re hoping to volunteer for future events that we’re a part of or are hosting, we would love to have you there. Our next events where we’ll need helpers will be Geek the Halls, Yule Ball, Fan Expo, WestSide Comic Con, and Cauldron Con. If you want to learn more about any of those, we’re excited to tell you. If you have ideas for current and future events, we want to hear them. If you just want to hang out with some cool magical people, come out. Steeplejack has a full menu and plenty of beers on tap, as well as non-alcoholic options. Meet your current Heads of House and current volunteers.
When: Saturday November 7, 2026, 11am-1pm
Where: Steeplejack Broadway – 2400 NE Broadway
We hope to see you there! If you’d like to RSVP, either comment on this post, or do so on our Facebook event page.
